Reservations

Can I change or cancel a reservation online?
No, at this time reservations can not be changed or cancelled online. Please call 609.317.8888 for assistance.
Do I need to submit my credit card information to book a reservation?
A credit card is required to book all reservations at The Water Club. Online transactions are done through a secure server, which encrypts the credit card information, protecting your information from being disclosed to third parties. If you prefer to provide your information directly to one of our Ambassadors, they can be reached 24-hours a day at 609.317.8888.
Is my credit card information secure?
All transactions are completed on a secure server, which encrypts credit card information. We do not disclose credit card or other personal information with other parties.
What is The Water Club's cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made by 9 pm prior to the day of arrival. Cancellations made after 9 pm will be charged. To cancel a reservation, call (800) 800-8817. The policy is also listed on the online confirmation page and in the confirmation e-mail.
If I don't arrive at the hotel as scheduled will I incur any penalties?
A one night deposit is charged at the time of reservation. Should it become necessary to cancel your reservation you must do so no later than 6pm the day prior to your arrival so that you do not forfeit your deposit.
Do you offer discounts to groups?
To be considered a group booking you must reserve 11 or more rooms. Please contact our sales department to make arrangements for your group. They can be reached via e-mail at meetings@thewaterclub.theborgata.com or by calling 609.317.7729 Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Discounts may be available for groups with 50 or more rooms.
What are the check in/out times at The Water Club?
Check-in begins at 4:00 pm Monday-Saturday, 5:00 pm on Sunday.
Check-out is required by 11:00am. We apologize, but due to the high demand we are unable to offer late check outs.
Do you have a minimum age requirement to reserve a hotel room?
Customers must be 21 years of age or older to reserve a room.

 

 

Special Requests

Can I reserve connecting rooms?
The Water Club has a limited number of connecting rooms and are not available on all room types. Requests can be made by calling 609.317.8888.
Are babysitting services available?
Babysitting services are available. Please contact the concierge desk for specific details.
Are pets permitted at The Water Club?
Service animals (i.e., seeing eye canines) are permitted to accompany customers. Some restrictions may apply.
Can I pay for my hotel stay prior to my arrival?
At the time of your reservation a first night room rate plus tax is required as a deposit. If you require additional room nights paid in advance on a major credit card you can make this request at the time of initial booking with your Water Club Ambassador. Hotel stays can also be pre-paid by certified check or international money order, and should be sent to the attention of the hotel's Credit Manager by registered mail or courier. Advance payment for additional funds above the cost of the hotel stay, or additional hotel nights being paid for subsequent to the initial deposit require authorization to be sent via fax in advance. The transmission should include a letter that outlines the exact amount being approved as well as a copy of the front and back of the credit card to be charged.
What services do you offer to the physically disabled?
The Water Club has rooms that have been designed to meet the needs of the physically disabled. Features may include wider doorways, lowered light switches, and support bars in the bathroom.

Rooms for the hearing impaired include closed caption televisions, door beacons or door knock light signaler, Porta-View text phone, phone call alert and portable amplifiers.

Hotel Information

Are The Water Club amenities open to the public and customers of Borgata?
The Shoppes, the Sunroom Lounge and Immersion are available to the public. All other amenities, including the Pools, are exclusively for customers staying at The Water Club.
Does The Water Club offer casino gaming?
The Water Club does not offer casino gaming. The casino action is mere steps away at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa with a 161,000-square-foot casino floor incorporating 4,100 slot machines and 200 table games. Among the available table games are poker, blackjack, roulette, Baccarat, novelty games, Racebook, Pai Gow tiles and Sic Bo. Daily poker tournaments are held in Borgata's 85-table Poker Room, the largest in Atlantic City.
Are there dining options at The Water Club?
In-room dining is available at The Water Club as well as quick-bites at the Sunroom and pools. Menus are the work of the renowned iron chef Geoffrey Zakarian.

Are there pools at The Water Club?
The Water Club offers two indoor and two outdoor pools, each offering a distinct experience with comfortable lounge chairs. Access to these pools is exclusive to registered hotel guests of The Water Club 18 years of age and older. These pools are available for use after 3:00pm on day of arrival Sunday-Friday, after 4:00pm on day of arrival on Saturday, and until the pools close on day of departure. A valid room key will be required. The lap pool at Immersion Spa at The Water Club is accessible to customers of Immersion only.
How do I find something I've lost or forgotten at The Water Club?
Lost and Found is located behind the front desk at Borgata. Hours of operation are 9 am - 4 pm daily. Contact a helpful Lost and Found associate at 609.317.7443.
Does The Water Club have internet access?
The Water Club is outfitted with broadband connectivity enabling Virtual Private Network (VPN) capabilities as well as wireless Internet access in all of our customer rooms, meeting rooms and public spaces, such as the lobby, pools, and Sunroom. These services are available for a nominal fee.

Where is the Immersion Spa At The Water Club?
Immersion, our two story spa is located on the 32nd floor. Here, you'll find 360 degrees of floor-to-ceiling water views and treatments tailored to loosen tension.
Immersion's 16 indulging experience rooms offer a wide variety of comprehensive spa services including luxury skin care, conditioning body wraps & scrubs, ayurvedic therapies and multiple massage modalities. Do I have to be a customer at The Water Club to use the spa?
No. Immersion is available to customers of both The Water Club and Borgata. Customers who are not registered at either The Water Club or Borgata are welcome to book experience appointments Monday – Thursday, based upon availability.
How do I book a reservation at Immersion?
If you already have your hotel reservation completed, and you are ready to begin experiencing Immersion you can contact the spa directly by calling 609.317.7555. Please have your hotel confirmation number available. If you do not have your hotel confirmation, or have not yet reserved your hotel reservation please contact a Water Club Ambassador at 609.317.8888. If you are a My Borgata card holder please have your account number available.
Does Immersion have a cancellation policy?
If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must do so by 6:30 pm the evening before your appointment. There is a 100% charge for cancellations later than 6:30 pm the day prior to your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment experience time will be shortened accordingly; and you will be responsible for payment in full. If you arrive more than five minutes late without prior notification, your appointment will be considered a same-day cancellation and the appropriate fee applied to your credit card.

 

 

My Borgata Rewards

Can I utilize my Comp Dollars at The Water Club?
Yes. Comp Dollars can be used for The Water Club Hotel reservations, Immersion spa treatments, shopping, food and beverages.
How do I check my Slot and Comp dollar balance?
Sign in to your My Borgata Rewards account online by visiting the My Borgata Rewards page on theborgata.com. Enter your account number and password, and then click on the "Account Balances" tab.
I have forgotten my password. How do I retrieve it?
If you've forgotten your password, you can click on the "Forgot Password" prompt that is under NEED HELP? on the My Borgata Rewards page. Enter your account number and date of birth and your password will be emailed to you.

How do I get to The Water Club?
The Water Club at Borgata is situated in a prime East Coast location - just 120 miles south of New York City and 60 miles east of Philadelphia. The Water Club is 20 minutes from the Atlantic City International Airport and easily accessible by airplane, train, bus, and car. Where do I park for The Water Club? Is there a cost?
The Water Club exclusively offers valet parking for our customers. Valet is located at the entrance to The Water Club and is $10 per visit.
