In order to make sure that you thoroughly enjoy your visit to Immersion Spa at The Water Club please take moment to review the following information.
Our Spa Concierge will be delighted to aid you in creating a personalized experience. All services are booked individually and our trained Spa Concierge will be happy to help you choose a combination of treatments to make yours the perfect spa experience.
When making your reservation, you will be asked to provide a valid credit card to hold the appointment. Your credit card will not be charged at this time, and you are welcome to present a different method of payment upon arrival. Your credit card will only be charged in the event of a same-day cancellation.
We recommend arriving at least one half-hour prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow you time to register and change into your robe in time for your experience to begin. Your spa experience booking allows you full use of all spa facilities for the day, and you are welcome to arrive as early as 6:00 am to enjoy our amenities.
All customers must be 18 years of age or older to experience a spa treatment, use the fitness center or pool located on the 32nd floor. With no lifeguard on duty, customers swim at their own risk. Children are not permitted access to Immersion.
Upon arrival to Immersion, you will be greeted by a Spa Concierge who will confirm your appointment and inform you of your therapist. You will be asked to complete a medical form and present photo ID to confirm payment method. Our spa attendant will then provide you with a locker and give you a tour of the facilities.
While most of our treatments are best enjoyed without clothing, you are welcome to wear whatever makes you feel most comfortable. You will be provided with a robe and sandals and will be able to take your robe off in privacy. Disposable bathing suits are available upon request. We also recommend showering before your massage or body treatment.
A specially prepared spa cuisine menu is available to patrons of Immersion. Our Spa Concierge can assist you in selecting and ordering your meal. Your order will be delivered at your requested time to a reserved location by the lap pool.
We encourage our customers to refrain from bringing valuables to Immersion. A locker will be provided to secure any personal belongings.
The spa is meant to be a relaxing environment. Please be considerate of other spa patrons and turn off all cell phones and pagers before entering the facility.
Proper attire, most importantly sneakers, is required for the fitness center.
Customers may access the fitness center only for a charge of $40. The lap pool on the 32nd floor is complimentary to all patrons of Immersion.
Registered customers of The Water Club may access the fitness center for a fee. Please see a Spa Concierge for details.
Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the spa.
If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must do so by 6:30 the evening before your appointment. There is a 100% charge for same-day cancellations. If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment experience time will be shortened accordingly; and you will be responsible for payment in full. If you arrive more than five minutes late without prior notification, your appointment will be considered a same-day cancellation and the appropriate fee applied to your credit card.
